STEP ONE
Determine where you are moving to, whether it be into assisted living or just down sizing, or moving to a new community.We work along side with the home owner to assess what should be taken with them and what they have room for. (Furniture, housewares, decor, artwork, clothing etc.)
STEP TWO
Pack up all items, we supply all the boxes, paper and tape at our expense.
Unpack and set up all furniture at new location i.e put away all clothes, dishes, hang artwork.
Remove all boxes
STEP THREE
Stage and prep home for realtor to take photos for listing the house.
We declutter, stage, landscape the yard and ensure the house is
ready for photos and showings.
We can also provide a service such as home repairs or painting if need to be done prior to listing your home.
STEP FOUR
After the house has been listed and sold we prepare for your estate sale. We organize, price items and photo items to be sold online in advance if needed. We sell some of the larger items on line in order to maximize the prices before the sale starts.

Do a 3 day estate sale. Which is advertised in local papers, online, multiple websites and signage spread throughout the community.
STEP FIVE
Final House Clean and removal of any unsold items.
Ensure house is cleaned for the new owners to take over.
We can arrange carpet cleaning if necessary.
